What to expect
I use a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, sound and meditation techniques to help reduce stress and tension, and move clients toward deep mental and physical relaxation. Sessions may be held in person or virtually.
I have a range of instruments, including crystal and Himalayan bowls and various chimes, that I use to produce soothing sounds. The breathing techniques I use are simple and gentle, unless I know you have had a lot of practice and are ready for a more advanced level.

In preparation for virtual sessions, find a quiet and comfortable space (at home, in the workplace, outside or in your parked car) and connect to the offering using your phone, tablet or computer. Consider using headphones, earbuds or external speakers for improved sound quality.
In-person sessions are held in dance or yoga studios with wooden floors. Before leaving home, dress comfortably and gather items that will help improve your physical comfort. Consider bringing an exercise or yoga mat, a sweater, socks, a blanket and pillows/cushions.
The goal is to relax the body and calm the mind. This allows self-healing, grounding and rebalance. By the end of the session, you may go into a meditative state or fall asleep. There is no right or wrong experience. Ideally, you will get from the session whatever you need at that time. At the very least, there is the fulfillment of the need to stop and rest.
