Sunday Sound Bath

We will begin with the breath and a few minutes of simple stretches to help release tension or discomfort in the body. Then I will guide you into rest and relaxation with meditation (yoga nidra). Soothing, healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and chimes will wash over you for about 40 minutes. We will rest in silence for a few minutes and then I will gently bring you out of rest.

Plan to arrive 5 minutes early. The studio door will be locked at 7:05pm. The City of Hyattsville has free parking on Sundays - along the street or in the parking lot of Franklin’s restaurant, which is right next door to the yoga studio.

You are encouraged to bring your own pillow/cushion and blanket(s). The yoga studio has mats, blankets, bolsters and blocks available for use.
