Most of us live in a constant state of stress. It has become the norm and it is harming our bodies and minds, contributing to all sorts of disorders and reducing our ability to fully enjoy life.
Medical practitioners in the western world are finally acknowledging what has long been known and practiced in the east. Relaxation and mindfulness techniques can and should be used to help manage a range of diseases and disorders.

I founded My Space My Peace to help people slow down, destress, rest and rebalance. Formally trained to teach yoga and breathwork, provide sound baths, guide meditation, and channel reiki energy, I continue to study these topics and learn more about their power to heal and bring us to wholeness. They help us to reduce stress, release tension, calm busy minds, function better, and connect to what is most important.
I provide support online and in-person, locally, nationally and internationally. I go to sports centers, yoga and dance studios, outpatient mental health facilities, schools, after-school and summer programs, professional conferences and private clients.
My goal is to help more and more people, including myself, move towards wellness and wholeness. When we are finally at peace, we can radiate peace to the world.
